Background and Accomplishments

Debby graduated from Western Carolina University majoring in Marketing & Corporate Finance. She received her Realtor's license in 1995 and also holds a General Contractor's license since 1996. Previously before entering real estate, Debby managed Pioneer Homes of Lincolnton. In her 11 years being in real estate, she has been Top Producer for Team Metro for many consecutive years. Debby is an active volunteer with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  She also dedicates her time with various sporting events - even coaching - of soccer, baseball and football for her two sons. Debby has lived in this area since 1993.

In Her Own Words...

I have been a full time broker for almost 14 years and a general contractor for 12.  I employ a full-time licensed assistant to help with my business, but rest assured you will always deal directly with me.  I feel the key to selling a property is to 1. appropriately price and 2. properly position it in the marketplace. I place great emphasis on advertising on-line and in real estate magazines.

On the buying side of the real estate world, I am very educated and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and can help you find the perfect location. I work closely with mortgage lenders, insuance companies, home inspectors, appraisers, and other agencies to find your dream home and help make the experience stress-free. I do all I can to help my clients make an enjoyable transition to one of the most important moves of your life!
